MENU: SOUP – WHITE BORSCHT traditional Polish Easter soup that is full of sausages, eggs, potatoes, and other ingredients that bring a lot of religious symbolism to each bite of this delicious soup.
Appetizers – Homemade cold cuts and Vegetable salad.
Entrees – Pork Loin Stuffed with Prunes and baked in saurekraut, served with rosemary red potatoes.
Dessert – Polish Style Cheesecake.
